Ingredients

2 cups of seedless grapes (red or green, or a mix)

1 cup of Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 cup of crushed nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts)

1 cup of shredded coconut (unsweetened)

Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

Prep the Grapes: Wash the grapes thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel to ensure they freeze well.

Make the Yogurt Coating: In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

Skewer the Grapes: Thread the grapes onto the skewers, filling each skewer with 5-7 grapes, leaving a little space on both ends for handling.

Coat the Skewers: Using a spoon or spatula, carefully coat each skewer of grapes with the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are uniformly covered.

Add the Crunch: Roll the yogurt-coated grapes in the crushed nuts or shredded coconut, or sprinkle them on top, pressing lightly to make them stick.

Freeze the Skewers: Place the prepared skewers on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring they do not touch each other. Freeze them for at least 3 hours, or until completely solid.

Serve and Enjoy: Once frozen, remove the skewers from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes for easier enjoyment. Serve as a refreshing snack or dessert!
