Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup granola (optional, for crunch)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prep the Blueberries: If using fresh blueberries, rinse and drain them thoroughly. For frozen blueberries, allow them to thaw slightly at room temperature for about 10 minutes.

Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup if using), vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until well blended and creamy.

Coat the Blueberries: Gently fold the blueberries into the yogurt mixture until they are evenly coated. If you’d like extra crunch, fold in the granola at this stage.

Scoop and Shape: Using a tablespoon or a small ice cream scoop, drop dollops of the yogurt-covered blueberries onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Space them about an inch apart.

Freeze the Clusters: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, or until the clusters are completely frozen solid.

Store and Serve: Once frozen, transfer the clusters to an airtight container or a zip-lock bag. Store in the freezer for up to 3 months. Enjoy these delicious, frosty treats straight from the freezer whenever you crave a refreshing snack!
