Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (for topping)

1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional, for crunch)

Fresh banana slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Bananas: Peel the bananas and slice them into small pieces. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth but still with some texture.

Mix the Yogurt Base: In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Mix well until the ingredients are fully blended and the mixture is smooth.

Combine Ingredients: Gently fold the mashed bananas into the yogurt mixture until just combined, ensuring you retain some of the banana pieces for texture.

Layer in Cups: Take serving cups or silicone muffin molds and layer the yogurt-banana mixture evenly into each cup, about two-thirds full.

Add Caramel Sauce: Drizzle a generous layer of caramel sauce on top of the yogurt-banana mixture in each cup.

Final Layer: Top each cup with remaining yogurt-banana mixture, smoothing it out with a spatula.

Graham Crackers & Nuts: Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and, if desired, chopped walnuts or pecans over the yogurt layer for added crunch.

Freeze: Cover each cup with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze them for at least 4 to 6 hours, or until completely firm.

Serve: When ready to serve, remove the cups from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes to soften slightly. Garnish with fresh banana slices and an extra drizzle of caramel sauce if desired.

Enjoy: Dive in and savor these deliciously refreshing Frozen Banana Caramel Yogurt Cups!
