1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

4 large flour tortillas

1 ripe avocado, mashed

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional, for serving)

Sliced jalapeños (optional, for extra kick)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated with the spices. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

    Cook the Fajita Filling: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes). Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
