1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 medium red bell pepper, sliced

1 medium green bell pepper, sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup lettuce, shredded

½ cup sour cream

½ cup salsa

Lime wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

Heat the Skillet: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

    Cook the Chicken: Add the sliced chicken breasts to the skillet. Sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Sauté for about 4-5 minutes until they are tender and slightly caramelized.

        Combine Chicken & Veggies: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables, stirring to combine and heating through for another 1-2 minutes.

          Warm Tortillas: While the filling is heating, warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.

            Assemble the Wraps: On each tortilla, layer a generous scoop of the chicken and vegetable mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, sour cream, and salsa.

              Wrap it Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.

                Serve: Serve the wraps with lime wedges on the side for an extra zesty touch!
