3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: red pepper flakes (for a hint of spice)

Prepare Zucchini Noodles: Using a spiralizer, create zucchini noodles (zoodles) from the zucchini. Set aside and sprinkle with a pinch of salt to draw out moisture. Let them sit for about 10 minutes and then pat dry with a paper towel.

    Cook Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until the chicken is browned and fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

      Make Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium-low. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
