2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets

1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

2 tablespoons butter, melted (optional for topping)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli florets, uncooked rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well coated and mixed together.

      Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Spread it out evenly to ensure even cooking.

        Add Cheese: Sprinkle the grated sharp cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the mixture.
