Ingredients

1 package (15.25 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

2 cups milk

1 package (3.9 oz) chocolate instant pudding mix

1 cup gummy worms (for decoration)

1 small flower pot (optional, for serving)

Extra crushed cookies for topping

Instructions

Prepare the Cookies: Place chocolate sandwich cookies into a food processor and crush them into fine crumbs. Reserve about 1 cup of the crumbs for topping; set aside.

Blend the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or stand mixer.

Whip the Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping to the cream cheese mixture until well combined. Be careful not to deflate the whipped topping.

Make the Pudding: In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and chocolate pudding mix until it thickens, about 2 minutes.

Combine the Mixtures: In a large bowl, layer the cream cheese mixture with the chocolate pudding mixture. Gently fold the two mixtures together until well blended and smooth.

Layer the Dessert: In a large serving bowl (or a cleaned flower pot), start layering the dessert. Begin with a layer of crushed cookies, then add a layer of the pudding mixture, and repeat until all mixtures are used, finishing with a layer of cookie crumbs on top.

Chill: Cover the dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, allowing the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.

Garnish and Serve: Before serving, decorate the top with extra crushed cookie crumbs and sprinkle gummy worms on top to create a fun, dirt look. Serve with small spades or spoons for a playful touch!
