1 lb (450g) cooked shredded chicken

1 cup (240ml) ranch dressing

8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 cups (200g) shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp chopped fresh chives (or green onions)

1/2 cup (120g) unsalted butter, melted

4 cans (16 oz total) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup (120ml) grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter and set aside.

    Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, shredded mozzarella, and chopped chives. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.

      Prep Biscuit Dough: Open each can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters.

        Combine: In a large bowl, toss the biscuit pieces with the melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

          Layer: Add about half of the buttery biscuit pieces to the greased baking dish, spreading them evenly across the bottom. Spoon the chicken mixture on top, making sure to spread it out evenly. Then, top with the remaining biscuit pieces.

            Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the biscuits.

              Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

                Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm, pulling apart the rolls to enjoy the cheesy, chicken, bacon goodness!
