1 cup (200g) dark chocolate chips

1 cup (240ml) sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, cubed

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

15 Oreo cookies, crushed (plus extra for topping)

1/2 cup (75g) mini marshmallows

1/2 cup (90g) white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Prep the Pan: Line an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later. Grease lightly with cooking spray or butter to ensure easy release.

    Melt the Base: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the dark chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and cubed unsalted butter. Stir constantly until the mixture is fully melted and smooth, about 5-7 minutes. Be careful not to let it burn.

      Add Flavor: Remove the pan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

        Incorporate Oreos & Marshmallows: Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and mini marshmallows into the melted fudge mixture until evenly distributed.

          Transfer to Pan: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.

            Swirl in White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips in 15-second intervals until melted and smooth. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the fudge and use a toothpick or knife to swirl it through the fudge for a marbled effect.

              Top with Crushed Oreos: Sprinkle the extra crushed Oreo cookies over the top of the fudge, pressing down gently to adhere.
