1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon smoked paprika

¼ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Optional: 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
