1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon paprika

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up.

    Prepare Chickpeas: After draining and rinsing the chickpeas, shake them in a colander to remove excess moisture. Pat them dry with paper towels to ensure they become extra crunchy during baking.

      Season Chickpeas: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Toss well until all chickpeas are evenly coated with the seasoning.

        Spread on Tray: Spread the seasoned chickpeas out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they are not overcrowded to ensure they get crispy.

          Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chickpeas are golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
