4 large whole wheat pita breads

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Pita: Cut each pita bread into 8 wedges. If you prefer thinner chips, cut each wedge in half again to create triangles.

      Season the Chips: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the pita wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the seasoned oil mixture.

        Add the Cheese: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the coated pita wedges and toss again until all wedges are well coated.

          Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the pita wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they do not overlap. This will ensure they cook evenly and become crispy.
