1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 large tortillas (flour or spinach)

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing

1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup croutons, crushed (for extra crunch)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prep the Chicken: Start by preheating the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

    Coat the Chicken: Set up a dredging station: Place the flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and mix breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese in a third. Dip each chicken breast in the flour to coat, then into the egg, and finally into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

      Cook the Chicken: In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the coated chicken breasts. Sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C). Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

        Assemble the Wraps: While the chicken is baking, prepare the wrap ingredients. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, halved cherry tomatoes, and crushed croutons. Toss gently to combine.
