2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prep the Potatoes: Begin by washing the russet potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt. Peel the potatoes if you prefer skinless fries, then cut them into thin, even strips (about ¼ inch thick). To ensure extra crispiness, soak the cut fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes to allow excess starch to be released.

    Dry the Fries: After soaking, drain the water and lay the fries on a clean kitchen towel or paper towel. Pat them dry to remove as much moisture as possible.

      Season the Fries: In a large mixing bowl, combine the dried fries with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well until all fries are coated evenly with the seasoning mixture.
