2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

Sauté the Base: In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
