12 oz fresh or frozen cheese tortellini

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)

Fresh basil, for garnish

Cook Tortellini: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté Spinach: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

      Make Cream Sauce: Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well to combine with the spinach and garlic. Add in the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
