3 cups cooked rotini pasta

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup grated cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and grated cheddar cheese. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.

        Combine with Pasta: Fold the cooked rotini pasta into the chicken and vegetable mixture until everything is evenly coated.
