12 oz penne or fusilli pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Salt and pepper, to taste

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

5 oz fresh spinach (about 4 cups)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
