12 oz penne pasta

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup green onions, chopped (reserve some for garnish)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Cooking spray or olive oil (for greasing)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook it al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

        Mix in the Chicken and Cheese: Add the shredded chicken, half of the mozzarella, and half of the cheddar cheese to the buffalo sauce mixture. Stir in the cooked penne pasta and green onions until everything is well coated.

          Transfer to Baking Dish: Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil. Pour the pasta mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.

            Add Topping: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs for a crunchy topping.
