1 ripe avocado, mashed

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (or mayo for a richer flavor)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)

4 large whole grain or spinach wraps

Leafy greens (spinach or mixed greens) for filling
