2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup milk

For the Cinnamon Swirl:

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened (for spreading)

For the Cream Cheese Glaze:

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    Make the Batter: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

      Prepare the Cinnamon Swirl: In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Spread the softened butter evenly on top of the batter in the baking pan, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the butter.
