2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup croutons (optional for added crunch)

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil, for cooking

Fresh lemon wedges, for serving

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C). Once done, remove from skillet and let cool slightly.

    Slice the Chicken: After the chicken has cooled, slice it into thin strips.

      Make the Wrap Filling: In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons (if using). Toss well until everything is evenly coated.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous portion of the chicken Caesar mixture on the lower half of the tortilla. Fold over the sides and then roll from the bottom up, tucking in the ingredients as you go to form a wrap. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas.

          Serve: Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve with lemon wedges on the side for a burst of fresh flavor. You can also add extra Caesar dressing for dipping.
