2 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb), cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Prep the Zucchini: Start by spiralizing the zucchinis into noodles. Use a spiralizer for even noodles and set aside.

    Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Once heated, add the chicken pieces and season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
