2 cups rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.

      Blanch the Broccoli: In the same pot, add the broccoli florets and blanch for 2-3 minutes until vibrant green. Drain and set aside with the pasta.

        Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, blanched broccoli, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until everything is well combined.
