Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Cooking spray or extra olive oil for frying

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook each side for about 6-7 minutes, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.

    Make the Cheesy Garlic Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, and parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are well incorporated.
