Ingredients

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust based on spice preference)

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped

1 pack of refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)

1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

Olive oil (for brushing)

Garlic powder (for seasoning)

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Chicken Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, mozzarella cheese, and softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined. If you like blue cheese, fold it into the mixture as well.

Roll Out the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

Assemble the Rolls: Spread the chicken filling evenly across the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle chopped green onions over the top.

Roll the Dough: Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Once rolled, pinch the seams and ends to seal in the filling.

Slice the Rolls: Cut the rolled dough into 1-inch thick slices. You should have about 12-15 rolls.

Prepare for Baking: Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil and sprinkle a pinch of garlic powder over each roll.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with extra ranch or buffalo sauce for dipping.
