For the Chicken:

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust for spice level)

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Ranch Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

For the Biscuits:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed

3/4 cup buttermilk

For Assembling:

Sliced pickles (optional)

Shredded lettuce (optional)

12 small slider-sized biscuit rounds (using the recipe below or store-bought)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

    - In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly coated and heated through. Remove from heat.

      Make the Ranch Sauce:

        - In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, and lemon juice until smooth. Set aside.

          Bake the Biscuits:

            - Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

              - Make a well in the center and pour in the buttermilk. Stir until just combined.

                - Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and gently knead it a few times until it holds together. Pat or roll out to about 1-inch thickness.

                  - Use a small round cutter to cut out 12 biscuit rounds. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

                    Assemble the Sliders:

                      - Cut the biscuits in half horizontally. Spread a generous amount of ranch sauce on the bottom half of each biscuit.
