To create the base of your Breakfast Biscuit Bundt Cake, start with the biscuit dough. If you're using pre-made dough, simply remove it from the packaging and place it on a clean, lightly floured surface. If you prefer to make your own dough from scratch, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cold butter in a bowl. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to mix until crumbly, then stir in milk until a soft dough forms.

Ingredients

2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated biscuits

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon bits

3 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

3 tablespoons melted butter

1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt cake pan with cooking spray or butter.

Prepare Biscuit Dough: Open the cans of refrigerated biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters and set aside in a large mixing bowl.

Mix the Fillings: In a separate bowl, combine the crumbled breakfast sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and bacon bits. Add this mixture to the quartered biscuits and toss gently to combine.

Make the Egg Mixture: In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well blended.

Combine Everything: Pour the egg mixture over the biscuit and meat-cheese mixture. Gently fold everything together until the biscuits are evenly coated.

Transfer to Bundt Pan: Spoon the batter into the prepared Bundt pan, ensuring the mixture is distributed evenly.

Bake: Place the Bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool and Slice: Allow the Bundt cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Carefully invert it onto a serving plate and let it cool for an additional 10 minutes before slicing.

Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle fresh chopped chives on top for a pop of color and flavor. If desired, dust with powdered sugar for a touch of sweetness.

Enjoy: Serve warm and enjoy this delightful fusion of breakfast favorites!
