1/2 cup buttermilk

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

3-4 cups powdered sugar (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1-2 tablespoons milk (optional for consistency)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.

    Mash the Bananas: In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Set aside.

      Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes using a hand mixer or stand mixer.

        Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Mix until fully incorporated.
