Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried parsley)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Make the herb crust mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, dill, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

Prepare the salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.

Apply the crust: Evenly spread a generous layer of the herb mayonnaise mixture over the top of each salmon fillet, ensuring they are well-covered.

Bake the salmon: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden brown.

Serve: Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, then serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra touch of brightness.
