Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons whole grain mustard

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Honey Mustard Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a lined baking sheet. Brush each fillet generously with the honey mustard glaze, reserving some for later.

Bake the Salmon: Place the salmon in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through. Halfway through baking, brush the fillets with the reserved glaze for extra flavor.

Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
