1 pound ground turkey

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 medium jalapeños, finely chopped (remove seeds for less heat)

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the baking sheet)

Optional toppings: sliced avocados, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and extra cheese

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.

    Prepare the Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeños, breadcrumbs, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

      Form the Patties: Divide the turkey mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties, about 1-inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.
