8 oz rotini pasta

6 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (for creaminess)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

    Prepare the Dressing: In a large bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
