Ingredients

4 large whole wheat tortillas

8 ounces sliced turkey breast

6 slices crispy bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup baby spinach

1 medium tomato, sliced

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: fresh herbs (like basil or cilantro) for extra flavor

Instructions

Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Adjust to taste. This will serve as your flavorful spread for the wraps.

Lay Out the Tortillas: On a clean surface or large plate, spread each whole wheat tortilla flat.

Spread the Sauce: Evenly distribute the mayonnaise mixture on each tortilla, spreading it almost to the edges for maximum flavor.

Layer the Ingredients: On one half of each tortilla, neatly layer the turkey slices, crumbled bacon, baby spinach, tomato slices, avocado slices, and shredded cheddar cheese.

Add Fresh Herbs: If desired, sprinkle some fresh herbs on top of the layered ingredients for an added burst of flavor.

Roll the Wrap: Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla inwards over the fillings, then roll from the filled side to create a tight wrap. Make sure the filling is secure inside as you roll.

Slice and Serve: Use a sharp knife to slice each wrap in half diagonally. Serve immediately, or wrap tightly in plastic wrap for a grab-and-go lunch option.
