1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1.5-inch pieces

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes prior)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

    Add Chicken: Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.

      Prepare the Skewers: Remove the chicken from the marinade and thread the pieces onto the skewers. You can alternate chicken pieces with vegetables like bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, or onion for added color and flavor.

        Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
