Ingredients

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the cheese from sticking.

Prepare the Cheese: In a mixing bowl, measure out 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Spread the shredded cheese evenly in small mounds, about 2 tablespoons each, onto the prepared baking sheet. Give them some space as they will spread slightly while baking.

Bake the Chips: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.

Shape the Chips: Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Using a spatula, gently lift each cheese mound and shape them into chip forms (triangular or round shapes) before they harden completely.

Serve: Allow the cheese chips to cool down and become crisp for about 5 minutes. Serve them warm alongside a bowl of pizza sauce for dipping. Enjoy your deliciously cheesy pizza chips!
